Phil McShane founded McShane Mechanical in 1997 to deliver quality craftsmanship and creative solutions to the mechanical contracting industry.
The company was shaped by his experience working for his grandfather's heating and cooling business in his youth where he learned the trade from the ground up, developing the field skills needed to become proficient.
With time spent serving the US Marines and a college education, Phil has built the business with the discipline, leadership, organizational structure and business acumen he's built along the way.

Holding mechanical contractor licenses in 13 states, and professional engineer in 5, we've provided expert solutions across diverse clients, industries, and locations.
